This role is part of a highly dynamic and complex technology environment within the financial services sector, contributing to large-scale, mission-critical systems. The professional will work across backend and frontend development, supporting cloud-based architectures and modern distributed systems. The position involves participating in technical decisions, migrations, and solution design for high-performance applications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile setup, interacting with stakeholders of different technical and business backgrounds. The role demands strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and the ability to deliver under pressure. Accountabilities:
- Design and model cloud-based software architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience.
- Support and execute technology migration initiatives for production systems and evolving platforms.
- Develop and maintain fullstack solutions using modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate efforts, define timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems and production environments.
- Manage expectations and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute proactively to improving engineering practices, system reliability, and development standards.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with .NET and frontend development technologies.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high availability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Experience with both relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
- Knowledge of design principles and patterns (GoF, DDD, KISS, YAGNI) and Clean Code practices.
- Experience with unit testing and TDD approaches.
- Familiarity with Git, agile methodologies (Scrum), Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or SNS.
- Ability to adapt to different programming languages and deliver robust, testable code.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
