Que tal fazer parte do nosso time?\n\nLocal Principal: Brasil (BR) - S\u00e3o Paulo - Indaiatuba \nFun\u00e7\u00e3o: Data and Analytics (CA) \nT\u00edtulo: PL Business Intelligence - Indaiatuba/SP - 119718\n\n## \n\nAs a PL Business Intelligence for John Deere Financial, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and validating automated reports and dashboards in support of JDF\u2019S credit operations. This role works with a large volume of financial data sets covering many aspects of equipment financing. You will be based in Indaiatuba, Brazil and align with the JDF Risk Analytics team headquartered in Johnston-Iowa-USA, aiming to execute and deliver the analytics and insights needed to support the business units. Join a team that is passionate about making a difference by applying different techniques to solve problems and leverage data as an asset. \n\n## Main Responsibilities\n\n * Assist with requirements gathering and ongoing stakeholder support across multiple John Deere Financial domains (Accounting, Customer Management, Collections, Litigation, Operational \u0026 Risk Analytics);\n * Build and maintain complex SQL queries in enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, becoming a subject matter expert in credit operation data sets used by John Deere Financial to support installment loans, leases and revolving accounts for equipment purchases;\n * Create analytic dashboards, craft visualizations and deliver automated reports with SAP Business Objects, SAP Web Intelligence and Excel;\n * Efficiently retrieves internal and external data and ensures that source data is accurate, meaningful and valid for use in analytics and reporting;\n * Learn extensively from senior team members and work with other BI analysts in a cooperative paired programming environment;\n * Engage with data scientists, data engineers and data catalysts to design, build and support analytics solutions across the whole lifecycle (research and development, proof-of-concept, pilot, production);\n * Implement ongoing enhancements to improve cost, quality, and performance of analytics products;\n * Support operational needs of production reporting (documentation, monitoring, alerting, automation, change management, security, on-call).\n\n\n\n## Skills You Need\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;\n * Advanced English: broad vocabulary, strong grammar, able to lead meetings, argue, negotiate, and deliver training sessions;\n * Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, debug, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets;\n * Experience with SQL;\n * Skills in report creation and graphing/data visualization;\n * Experience with one or more Business Intelligence (BI) tools for reporting and visualization, such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau, or Power BI, with interest in learning others;\n * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint);\n * Technical aptitude to quickly learn a wide range of business systems and their associated data sets;\n * Strong problem-solving skills;\n * Experience in creating and maintaining documentation and diagrams for analytics products.\n\n\n\n## What Makes You Stand Out\n\n * Experience with SAP Business Objects \u2013 report development and universe design;\n * Ability to act as a mentor for junior BI Analysts in the Brazil location.\n\n\n\nNossos principais benef\u00edcios\n\n * Remunera\u00e7\u00e3o vari\u00e1vel; \n * Plano de Sa\u00fade;\n * Plano Odontol\u00f3gico;\n * Seguro de Vida;\n * Previd\u00eancia Privada;\n * Benef\u00edcio \u00d3tica; \n * Reembolso vacina; \n * Universidade Corporativa; \n * TotalPass;\n * Dependendo da unidade, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 restaurante no local, vale refei\u00e7\u00e3o ou alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o;\n * Aux\u00edlio farm\u00e1cia;\n * Entre outros\n\n\n\n#LI-Hybrid\n\n \nNosso Processo Seletivo\n\nA sele\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a com a sua inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, para algumas vagas, existem alguns testes adicionais.
