Job Description

GP Investments seeks a Planning & Investor Relations intern/trainee for its São Paulo office. This professional will work with other team members in a collaborative and dynamic environment. In addition, they will gain exposure to multiple industries, research techniques, and data analysis tools. The interns’ primary responsibilities are to:

•Leading and continually enhancing the P&L forecasting process, focusing on expenses projections and associated sensitivities

•Supporting finance and investor relations teams during the quarterly earnings releases as well as on an ad hoc basis in dealing with investors

•Assisting in the preparation of reports for private equity funds’ investors and public reports for GP and G2D Investments shareholders

•Performing special projects and ad-hoc business case analyses determined by the needs of senior management

•Assisting with regulatory obligations with CVM, Luxembourg, and Bermuda Stock Exchange

Qualifications

•Expected graduation: 2024-2026

•Fluency in English (mandatory)

•Proficiency in MS Office

•Basic knowledge of Accounting and Corporate Finance

•Strong analytical and communication skills
