Accountabilities:
The Senior PMO / Business Process Architect will be responsible for leading process transformation initiatives, from requirements gathering to implementation governance. The role requires strong BPM expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with different areas to create efficient and sustainable business solutions.
- Conduct requirements gathering and business analysis activities with different stakeholders.
- Map, model, and redesign business processes through AS IS and TO BE approaches using BPM best practices.
- Develop process architecture, define business rules, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align, validate, and evolve process solutions.
- Create functional documentation and ensure process governance standards are maintained.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with project management teams to support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Act as a technical reference in BPM, promoting standardization, governance, and process excellence with a focus on HR-related processes.
Requirements:

- Solid experience in business process transformation and process architecture.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and process modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) and BPM CBOK practices.
- Mandatory CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) certification.
- Experience working on large-scale corporate projects.
- Experience with functional documentation, business rule definition, and process governance.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Analytical mindset, systemic vision, and problem-solving capabilities.
