PRICING AND QUOTING ANALYST (TELECOM)

As SourceHub, we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Procurement and Supply Chain, Legal and Compliance, and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are seeking a PRICING AND QUOTING ANALYST to support ScanSource partners and internal sales teams through accurate quoting, supplier engagement, pricing support, and commercial assistance activities. This role will focus on managing pricing requests across telecommunications, carrier, cable, and general supplier solutions while providing an exceptional partner experience throughout the pre-sales process.

This professional will be responsible for reviewing partner requests, coordinating with suppliers, preparing accurate quotations, tracking opportunities, managing quote-related activities, and providing guidance throughout the sales cycle. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining high service levels. This position plays a critical role in supporting sales productivity, improving quote turnaround times, strengthening supplier relationships, and delivering an outstanding partner experience.

• Prepare and deliver accurate pricing quotations according to supplier processes and requirements.


• Submit, monitor, and follow up on quote requests with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.


• Maintain quote records, opportunity details, and pricing information within CRM and internal systems.


• Submit and track deal registrations when applicable.


• Provide pricing guidance and supplier recommendations to partners and Sales teams.


• Manage multiple quote opportunities simultaneously while meeting established SLAs.


• Collaborate with suppliers, Sales, and internal teams to resolve pricing and quotation-related inquiries.


• Build and maintain knowledge of supplier portfolios, products, and services.


• Contribute to process improvements focused on efficiency, accuracy, and partner satisfaction.


• Deliver a high-quality partner experience through responsive communication and operational excellence.

• 3+ years of customer service, sales support, pricing, quoting, operations, or related experience.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.


• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.


• Resourceful mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.


• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.


• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams and functions.


• Customer-focused approach with commitment to service excellence.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.





Preferred





• Experience in telecommunications, connectivity, technology distribution, or a related industry.


• Experience working with carrier, cable, or technology suppliers.


• Experience with CRM platforms and opportunity management.


• Experience with RPM and/or CableFinder tools.


• Previous experience in pricing, quoting, commercial operations, or pre-sales support environments.

• Employment under CLT regime (Brazil).
