Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of General Ledger Accounting Process Developer! Responsibilities Execute account reconciliation processes as per SOP for different GL Accounts.Delivery of Economic Financial Declaration (DEF) Foreign Capital Census and Economic Financial data (quarterly and annually)support on Fixed Asset activities (capitalization disposals reporting)Coordinate with stakeholders to reconcile or clean the accounts in a timely manner respecting policies and procedures.Follow up and resolve reconciliation differences by informing respective OU/Plant departments.Prepare reports and present reconciliation analysis results to the client and leadership team.Monitor open items with aging.Prepare and post various J Vs (including complex entries)Operational and Intangible control (forecast versus actual/realized) Prepare Payroll Pension Plan postings (accrued versus actual/realized) and reconciliation Provide internal and external support during audits as requested by the entity.Hold meetings with different departments to reconcile accounts (C&B Treasury OTC IP Payments OU Plants).Prepare reports for write-off Create and update SO Ps
