This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product & Value Stream Leader | Contract Intelligence in Brazil.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and evolving a product value stream focused on transforming contracts and documents into intelligent, high-value business assets. You will define vision, strategy, and direction for a complex product ecosystem that combines digital contracting, data, and artificial intelligence. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring alignment between product execution and long-term business goals. You will act as a key driver of innovation, leveraging data, user insights, and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, trust, and automation in contract-related processes. Operating in a highly collaborative and remote-first environment, you will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and impactful solutions. This position requires strong strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple layers of the organization.
Accountabilities:
- Define and communicate the strategic vision for the Contract Intelligence value stream, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary product teams (Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and others), fostering autonomy, collaboration, and high performance.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities, translating business challenges into clear product strategies and execution plans.
- Drive a data-informed culture, leveraging analytics, customer insights, and market trends to guide decision-making.
- Lead initiatives leveraging artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to enhance contract lifecycle intelligence and operational efficiency.
- Ensure product solutions meet high standards of security, compliance, governance, and trust.
- Empower teams by providing strategic context and enabling autonomous execution of initiatives.
- Act as a key communicator of product strategy, aligning stakeholders and leadership around shared goals.
- Lead complex decision-making processes related to product evolution and investment prioritization.
- Continuously improve product management practices and organizational maturity.
- Mentor and develop product and technical leaders, contributing to a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product and technology teams (Product Management, Design, Engineering, and related areas).
- Strong background in digital product development and agile methodologies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable execution plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong influence and leadership capability.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience defining and executing high-impact product strategies in complex environments.
- Ability to solve complex problems and deliver customer-centric value.
- Experience mentoring and developing teams and leaders.
- Strong autonomy, proactivity, and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Experience with SaaS, B2B2C platforms, or enterprise ecosystems is a plus.
- Familiarity with contract management ecosystems, CRMs, ERPs, integrations, and enterprise workflows is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-driven products, open platforms, or ecosystem-based architectures is a plus.
- Experience with partnerships and ecosystem-building is a strong advantage.
