Product Marketing Analyst

We´re looking for a Product Marketing Analyst to join our team and help us expand globally as well as to improve our product on a daily basis. Being creative, being an out-of-the-box thinker and the ability to understand all levels of communications are all vital qualities for this position as well.

We’re looking for a proven demand and innovation driver who can better our product continuously.

Here’s what this role’s all about:

• Devising the overall product improvement strategy.


• Understanding our users, their needs, user experience barriers and how we can overcome them.


• Understanding the market in order to better position our product in what concerns innovation and customer/partner relationship.


• Interdepartmental collaboration- Coordinating in-houseand third-party teams in order to launch new projects and products all the while ensuring end-to-end strategy and execution.


• Setting and achieving goals for product improvement - Searching for relevant metrics and benchmarks to measure and track the evolution of the project.


• Translating technical details into benefits for the user.


• Controlling improvement queues: backlog, sprints, new features,, etc.


• Generating higher demand.


• Coordinating and guiding efforts in product improvement and user experience enhancements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or any related areas.


• Proficient in data mining, analytics and problem solving.


• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (design, content, engineering, acquisition, product, sales, technology);


• Strong analytical thinker.


• Result-driven.


• Experience in product or project management and marketing.


• Working knowledge of agile methodologies – scrum, kanban, etc.


• Ability to work interdepartmentally, pitch ideas to different stakeholders across the organization and communicate effectively in order to get your idea across(speak other people’s language).


• Advanced english.

• Initiative and the ability to rapidly and efficiently make strategic decisions.
