Production Officer

Sunridge Foods Private Limited, one of the leading FMCG sector operate across Pakistan. We are recruiting Executive in Production Department for our plant located at Port Qasim, Karachi.

An incumbent will be performing the following responsibilities,

• Execute daily production schedules to meet targets and maintain product quality.


• Ensure resource availability and coordinate with procurement and logistics for uninterrupted production flow.


• Monitor daily production metrics and maintain accurate records of production and wastage.


• Keep records of daily production/operations and constant control of production and material usage monitoring in accordance with desired quality parameters,


• Record of failures related production lines/machines and prevent troubleshooting.


• Ensure efficient packaging and to make sure that operators are trained enough to carry out maintenance.


• To carry out field, machine, equipment cleaning and layout controls to reach the target in effective manner.


• To ensure compliance with food safety and GMP rules.


• Ensure control and minimization of waste by acting in accordance with SOPs.


• Implementation of Quality, Food Safety and HSE management system.


• Carry out SAP transactions related to PP module.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial / Mechanical Engineering.


• Previous experience in a relevant field.


• SAP knowledge will be added as advantage.
