Job Title: General PCP (Production Planning and Control) CoordinatorJob Summary:
The General PCP Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all production planning and control activities to ensure efficient operations, optimal resource utilization, and on-time delivery. This role acts as a key link between production, supply chain, procurement, and logistics, ensuring alignment between demand and manufacturing capacity.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor production plans based on demand forecasts and customer ordersCoordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure availability of raw materials and componentsManage production scheduling to optimize capacity, reduce downtime, and improve productivityMonitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to meet delivery deadlinesAnalyze KPIs (e.g., service level, inventory turnover, adherence to plan) and drive continuous improvement actionsEnsure alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory strategiesIdentify risks in the supply chain or production flow and propose mitigation plansLead and develop the PCP team, ensuring adherence to processes and best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Finance) to ensure integrated planningSupport S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fieldExperience in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Proficiency in Excel and data analysis toolsStrong communication and leadership skillsEnglish proficiency (advanced level preferred)Preferred Skills:Experience with S&OP and demand planning processesKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
