You'll be responsible for

• Participating in and conducting audit fieldwork, guiding the project, planning,  executing tests, and producing the final report along with the team;


• Interacting with stakeholders from the first and second lines of defense, discussing and following up on issues and action plans implementation;


• Gathering data and evaluating risks to build the annual audit work plan


• Acting as a knowledge multiplier, contributing your experience and training to other auditors to enhance the team's IT skills;


• Engaging in Internal Audit's strategic projects.

We are looking for a person who has

• Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in auditing the IT environment (preferably in financial institutions);


• Solid knowledge and experience in applying commonly used IT frameworks and standards in the audit program;


• Knowledge of general regulations related to the technology environment, including those applicable to financial institutions (e.g. CMN Resolution 4,893 from Bacen, Resolution CVM 35 and others );


• Knowledge of cloud-based environments (preferably AWS);


• Basic knowledge of SQL, Scala or other data manipulation language;


• Intermediate English level;


• Incessant curiosity and desire to continuously study and comprehend the surroundings as Nubank constantly evolves and changes;


• Ability to constantly adapt and quickly learn new technologies and tools, including AI tools.


• Disposal to share knowledge and help to  improve the team's technical skills


• Desire to create new and more efficient ways of assessing the company's risks;

Our Nu Way of Working 

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of ​​expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office.
