We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Program Manager / Business Analyst. This role combines program management, business analysis, and location leadership: you will be the primary point of contact in Brazil, translate local demand into executable initiatives, govern delivery, identify opportunities, and progressively expand the scope and capability of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the location roadmap: demand themes, target services, capability gaps, sourcing options, and transition waves.


• Act as the trusted single point of contact for technology demand, delivery, vendors, escalations, and leadership communication.


• Build relationships with business functions and continuously identify pain points, unmet demand, process inefficiencies, and digital opportunities.


• Assess opportunities for value, strategic fit, technical feasibility, risk, and capability readiness; prepare business cases and recommendations.


• Build and track an opportunity pipeline, converting qualified opportunities into approved initiatives or services.


• Lead intake, prioritization, governance, status communication, and escalation with global leadership.


• Translate business needs into charters, process maps, epics, user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans, performing hands-on business analysis where needed.


• Create integrated plans covering resources, budgets, RAID items, dependencies, vendors, change control, and executive decisions.


• Deliver programs with control over outcomes, scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, quality, and adoption.


• Coordinate custom application, integration, data, infrastructure, security, testing, and change teams.


• Shape the local team and hiring roadmap, recommending what to build, provide from global team, or source through partners.


• Lead knowledge transfer, transition, and stabilization so new scope is absorbed sustainably.


• Establish a repeatable operating rhythm across the global team, and track pipeline, approved scope, delivery performance, capacity, capability growth, stakeholder outcomes, and benefits.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years across program/project management, business analysis, technology delivery, or capability leadership.


• Program Manager background, handling multiple engagements at the same time.


• Evidence of combining full program ownership with genuine, hands-on business analysis.


• Understanding of all program/project management phases: budget, forecasting, utilization, staffing, capacity planning, and P&L or financial tracking.


• Experience resolving critical issues, recovering troubled projects, and handling scope and timeline challenges.


• Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams across business, engineering, vendors, and executives.


• GCC experience: managing different stakeholders and building teams independently.


• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, shape scope, build a case for change, and move demand into delivery.


• Strong governance, planning, financial tracking, RAID, change control, facilitation, and executive communication.


• Understanding of technologies such as Cloud, DevSecOps, APIs, integration, and data.


• Strong understanding of custom application delivery using Java or the .NET ecosystem, with working knowledge of modern front-end engineering.


• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, data flows, non-functional requirements, DevSecOps, cloud deployment, testing, and application support with technical teams.


• Experience across the software lifecycle: discovery and estimation through engineering, release, stabilization, and continuous improvement.


• Fluent Portuguese and professional English.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or expanding a GCC, captive center, nearshore hub, or regional delivery location.


• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, automotive, industrial, or another asset-intensive domain.


• Experience with Java, .NET, React, or Angular portfolios, modernization, or digital product delivery in custom applications.


• Exposure to cloud, DevSecOps, API, integration, data, and cybersecurity governance.


• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PBA, CBAP, or Agile certification.
