The Role

The Program Operations team is responsible for the diligent management of the assigned program/s, including client servicing, service delivery, exceptions processing, program monitoring, and risk reporting.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Responsible for the daily tasks within the program.


• Monitoring the program processes.


• Train program’s stakeholders on GSCF’s services and systems.


• Evaluate and issue change requests and review them with the client.


• Ensure agreements (statement of works, change requests, authorization matrix, function & notification matrixes) are implemented and monitored.


• Ensure agreements and all relevant program manuals are updated regularly.


• Timely reporting/escalating of risks, exceptions, incidents, and opportunities to the superior.


• User acceptance testing of the new features to be released to production.


• Develop and maintain professional relationships with business partners.


• Adhere to company & operations policies.


• Contribute to maintaining a positive, transparent, open, and creative thinking working environment.

Non-essential Job Functions:

• From time to time, willing to take over tasks/projects that are not related directly to this function.

What You Bring to the Team: 

• At least 3 years of relevant experience. 


• Fluent in English and Spanish.


• Thrives in a multi-task environment where there are competing priorities and deadlines/deliverables.


• Ability to remain poised and calm under pressure.


• Structured, fact-based way of work.


• Prioritization.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 


• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
