This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Promotor(a) de Merchandising - Sinop/MT based in Brazil.
This role is focused on strengthening product visibility and driving sales performance directly at the point of sale.
You’ll visit retail stores across the agreed route, ensuring products are correctly stocked, priced, displayed, and promoted.
The position combines hands-on merchandising with close attention to customer needs, store execution, and commercial opportunities.
You’ll work with planograms, promotional materials, extra displays, inventory, and shelf organization to maximize product presence.
Success in the role requires energy, organization, creativity, and a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced retail environment.
You’ll also contribute to field KPIs and annual objectives while building strong relationships with store teams and customers.
This is a 100% on-site position with potential routes across stores in the Sinop region.
Accountabilities:
- Represent the organization during scheduled visits to retail stores, following the established planning cycle and assigned routes.
- Ensure products are correctly displayed at the point of sale according to established planogram and merchandising standards.
- Replenish shelves and maintain product availability, organization, and attractive presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities or risks related to product availability.
- Check and maintain accurate product pricing and visibility in stores.
- Set up additional displays, promotional activations, and campaigns to increase product visibility and sales opportunities.
- Research and identify the best locations within stores for product displays and promotional materials.
- Optimize the use and placement of point-of-sale materials.
- Monitor store execution and identify opportunities to improve product visibility and commercial performance.
- Complete the required administrative activities and field reporting.
- Build positive relationships with customers and store teams, aiming to become a trusted and preferred supplier partner.
- Contribute to field KPIs, sales objectives, and continuous improvement of in-store execution.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a sales promoter or merchandising professional is preferred and will be considered a differentiator.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills and ease with digital and technological tools.
- Familiarity with communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, personable, and comfortable interacting with customers and retail teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve established goals.
- Agility, dynamism, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Good logical and mathematical reasoning and the ability to interpret written information.
- Strong time-management and planning skills, with a clear sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Adaptability and comfort working in retail and commercial environments.
- Willingness to work fully on-site and travel between stores according to assigned routes in the region.
