QA Engineer AI-Driven Test Automation

The role focuses on creating and optimizing automated testing strategies, ensuring software reliability, and integrating AI-powered solutions into modern quality engineering practices.

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for full-stack .NET applications using AI-assisted testing tools.


• Leverage AI-powered QA platforms and automation solutions to accelerate test creation, execution, and maintenance.


• Implement automated functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure application quality and scalability.


• Validate functionality and reliability of applications developed using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot.


• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, with a focus on testability and quality.


• Design and implement continuous testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.


• Analyze automated test results, identify quality issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve defects.


• Promote shift-left testing practices by integrating quality processes earlier in the development lifecycle.


• Create load, stress, and security testing scripts to improve application resilience and performance.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong QA automation experience, familiarity with AI-driven testing solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively within agile engineering teams.

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation.


• Hands-on experience with AI-driven QA tools such as TestRigor, Mabl, or similar platforms.


• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent technologies.


• Experience creating automated tests for APIs, databases, and user interface components.


• Experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.


• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.


• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to use AI tools to improve test creation efficiency and accelerate troubleshooting.


• Advanced English proficiency.


• Degree or equivalent professional background in technology, software engineering, or related fields.


• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or similar solutions is a plus.


• Knowledge of security testing practices and tools is desirable.
