Quality Advisor

At Ventia, the Quality Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring compliance and quality assurance across our Homes NSW Responsive and Planned Maintenance Services (RAPM) portfolio. This position is central to maintaining operational excellence and supporting properties that provide safety and belonging to the community.

As a Quality Advisor, you will conduct audits, interpret contractual requirements, and work closely with operational teams to drive compliance, uplift assurance, and achieve sustainable operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and quality inspections in line with ISO 9001 standards.


• Review legal and contractual documents, interpret requirements, and gather supporting evidence.


• Analyse non-conformance and risks and implement corrective actions.


• Support client audits and ensure accurate sample validation and evidence collection.


• Provide technical advice to site management and assist with KPI reporting and compliance dashboards.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 auditing standards preferred. 


• SAP experience highly regarded. 


• Ability to read and interpret legal and contractual documents confidently.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.


• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
