Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.


• Perform technical analysis of returned or warranty-claim parts and issue conclusive reports.


• Implement corrective and preventive actions based on MASP/8D, FMEA, and lessons learned.


• Conduct preventive and corrective technical visits to customer sites.


• Coordinate the collection, sorting, and return of warranty parts.


• Issue and track cost recovery and warranty debit reports.


• Organize data within systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and SDG.


• Develop control plans, work instructions, and technical reports.


• Handle non-conformity issues via channels such as toll-free hotlines and WhatsApp.


• Monitor non-conforming products and define containment plans.
