RCM Specialist - Dental

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist with expertise in dental billing and coding. The ideal candidate will excel in optimizing revenue cycles, managing claims, and ensuring seamless financial operations for dental practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dental Billing and Coding Expertise

• Mastery of CDT codes, ADA claim forms, and insurance billing protocols.
• Efficiently handle claims submission to minimize denials.

2. Practice Management Systems (PMS) Knowledge

• Proficient in Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and similar systems.
• Streamline workflows for insurance claims and patient account management.

3. Insurance Management

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Manage coordination of benefits (COB) and secondary insurance claims.

4. Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Track and resolve aged AR claims.
• Work closely with insurance providers to expedite payments.

5. Payment Posting

• Accurately post insurance and patient payments.
• Maintain updated and reconciled account balances.

6. Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to dental billing regulations.
• Generate and analyze financial performance reports.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

• At least 2 years of RCM experience in US-based dental practices.

Technical Proficiency:

• Hands-on experience with automated billing tools and Microsoft Excel.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Identify and resolve claim denials effectively.
• Monitor trends to improve RCM performance.

Communication Skills:

• Provide clear patient communication about billing and insurance concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
