Responsibilities:

• Operar centrais telefônicas e sistemas para realizar e completar conexões, incluindo chamadas locais, interurbanas, de telefones públicos, celulares, de pessoa para pessoa e de emergência. • Manter registros de chamadas realizadas e recebidas, bem como das respectivas tarifas. • Ouvir as solicitações dos clientes e fornecer informações por telefone. • Monitorar sistemas automatizados para realizar chamadas a cobrar e intervir quando um cliente precisar de assistência. • Observar as luzes indicadoras nas centrais telefônicas e discar ou pressionar botões para fazer conexões.
