You will join a global, remote-first recruitment environment focused on connecting exceptional talent with high-quality opportunities across multiple industries, with a strong emphasis on the LATAM market. The role is highly relationship-driven and combines strategic sourcing, executive search, and full-cycle recruitment delivery. You will work closely with international clients to understand their hiring needs and translate them into effective talent acquisition strategies. The position requires strong headhunting capabilities, particularly for passive and senior-level candidates in competitive markets. You will operate in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment where quality of matches and candidate experience are key priorities. Accountabilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for a variety of roles.
- Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive and executive-level talent.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and professional networks to create strong talent pipelines.
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, leadership profiles, and organizational culture requirements.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing tools to identify top-tier talent.
- Deliver a high-touch, consultative recruitment experience to both clients and candidates throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
- Proven experience recruiting for US-based companies, ideally in e-commerce, tech, or within a staffing/recruitment agency environment.
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to closing candidates.
- Advanced knowledge of Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and remote work environment.
