Recruitment Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to join our team. This person will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, posting job openings, updating our internal systems, conducting interviews, and communicating with North American clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through different recruitment channels.
• Post job openings on job boards and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews in English.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support communication with North American clients.
• Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience during the process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with recruitment and selection.
• Experience conducting interviews.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Experience working with multicultural companies is a plus.
• Experience communicating with clients from EUA is a plus.
