Regional FP&A Specialist

We are looking for an experienced FP&A Specialist with a background in the logistics sector to join our team in Santos, SP. This role is crucial in providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and long-term planning.

• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.

• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial projections.

• Conduct cost analysis and identify areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

• Participate in the annual budgeting process and monitor financial performance against the budget.

• Support business plans and feasibility studies for new projects.

• Develop and implement KPIs to monitor the company’s financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the logistics sector.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial analysis tools.

• Experience with ERP systems and BI software is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Spanish or English is essential.
