Descrição do Emprego - Regional Marketing Manager - LatAm

This role is a combination of Operational Marketing and Strategic Marketing.


Operational Marketing: 

  • Event Marketing: Execute and coordinate field marketing events. Liaise with external vendors to organize event logistics. Track event costs against budgets
  • Create CRM campaigns for field events and report event lead metrics
  • Responsible for coordinating country marketing events with Solutions Portfolio managers and the Events team
  • Content Marketing: Create valuable and compelling content with key opinion leaders, customers, and partners. Promote the content in all digital channels and measure, optimize and report on performance
  • Social Media marketing: Plan and execute social media campaigns, create social media content, advertisements and respective content landing pages including tracking the progress, engagement, and results
  • Email marketing: work with marketing operations to execute email marketing campaigns, track, analyze and report results. Increase and nurture our contact database in marketing and customer resource management systems
  • Strategic Marketing: 

  • Leads the marketing strategy, content and activities in the Southern European region for both Life Sciences and Diagnostics.
  • Maximize the activation of brand and name across multiples channels and events to raise awareness and customer engagement through BTB and BTC
  • Customer insights: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Account Based Marketing: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for our key accounts.
  • Formulate regional market sizing, segmentation and targeting strategies, rolling up to inform the global approach
  • Proactively engages with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Oversee regional launch planning working with the regional operations team to lead generation and funnel creation
  • Responsible for building the AOP plan for the Latin America region
  • Ability to travel across Latin America
  • Skills and Competences

  • Master ‘s degree in Marketing. Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences is a plus
  • Preferably minimum 6 years of similar experience in a marketing or sales role in B2B or B2C. 
  • Global and/or Regional Marketing Experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostic Field
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Team player driving collaboration with COE (center of excellence) members and alignment with internal stakeholders.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capability to work well within a team and independently
  • Ability to travel across Latin America
