The Regional Manager for South and Southeast region will have a team of 9 people and manage direct and indirect sales in the region to develop the therapy, gain market share and increase Medtronic participation in the region. We are looking for someone pro-active, with leadership and business development experience to position Medtronic in these therapies areas as leader in the region together with the direct and indirect team. This role will report to the OU (Operating Unit) leader and interact with many stakeholders inside and outside of the company – good relationship, negotiation and analytics skills will be required.

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Assuming this role you will:

·Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic products and services to existing and potential physicians and Hospitals.

·Be a Sales Agent management (sales funnel control, credit approval, performance, order booking, delivery) and fiscally manage territory by controlling expenses, product returns, and product inventory.

·Be responsible for the E2E process (Direct and indirect channel).

·Implement market development plans/strategies and quarterly sales plan to achieve sales goals and objectives.

·Be responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at staff in-services and physician seminars.

·Partner with clinical team to support doctors providing clinical days and Health Care Professional education and close partnership with internal stakeholders: marketing, customer service, logistics, strategic accounts as an example.

Must Haves

·Bachelor's degree completed

·English (advanced level)

·Leadership experience

·Demonstrated skills in business planning, consulting, and territory financial analysis

·Driver's license (B)
