This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Active Directory Administrator in Brazil.
This role is central to maintaining and evolving enterprise identity and access management services within a global IT infrastructure environment. You will ensure the stability, security, and high availability of Microsoft Active Directory systems that support critical business operations across multiple regions. The position involves hands-on administration, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of identity services in alignment with security and compliance standards. You will collaborate closely with international infrastructure, security, and application teams in an agile and ITIL-driven environment. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with proactive problem-solving to support enterprise-scale operations. Accountabilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft Active Directory environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
- Manage identity objects including users, groups, computers, and access permissions across enterprise systems.
- Monitor AD services, troubleshoot incidents, and perform root cause analysis to ensure service continuity.
- Execute changes, releases, and service requests following ITIL-based operational processes.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives within identity services.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and best practices for identity management.
- Collaborate with global infrastructure, security, and application teams to support integrated IT operations.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support knowledge base updates.
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration in enterprise environments.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server administration and related infrastructure components.
- Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO) and identity management configurations.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, and core networking principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity environments is highly desirable.
- Experience in monitoring, backup, recovery, and troubleshooting of Active Directory services.
- Strong analytical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills in complex environments.
- Experience working within ITIL-based operational and incident management processes.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural, and distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
