This role focuses on transforming structured data into actionable business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
The professional will be responsible for creating reliable dashboards, reports, and performance indicators that help different business areas monitor results and identify opportunities.
You will work closely with teams such as Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and leadership, translating business needs into clear data solutions.
The position plays a key role in establishing trusted data sources, reducing manual processes, and improving visibility across the organization.
You will combine technical expertise in BI tools and SQL with strong analytical thinking and business understanding.

Accountabilities:
The professional will be responsible for developing business intelligence solutions that transform data into accessible insights, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual analytics solutions using BI and reporting platforms.
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions for areas such as Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and executive teams.
- Consume and analyze aggregated business data using SQL to generate relevant insights and performance indicators.
- Develop and monitor key business metrics, ensuring stakeholders have reliable information for decision-making.
- Eliminate manual controls and reconciliation processes by implementing automated and trustworthy reporting solutions.
- Ensure data visualization quality, accuracy, and consistency across internal tools and customer-facing platforms.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges, refine requirements, and continuously improve analytical solutions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business intelligence, data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL, combined with the ability to understand business processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, AWS QuickSight, or similar platforms.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, analyzing, and combining business-level aggregated data.
- Experience building dashboards, indicators, and analytical reports focused on business performance.
- Strong understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of financial indicators such as MRR, accounts receivable, billing, and delinquency metrics.
- Understanding of Customer Success metrics, including onboarding, churn, upsell, downsell, and Health Score indicators.
- Familiarity with operational metrics such as inventory control, asset traceability, and installation processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy, consistency, and visualization quality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact directly with business teams and support data-driven decision-making.
