This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Analista de Customer Success (Vaga afirmativa para Pessoa com Deficiência - PCD) in Brazil.


This role is focused on ensuring customers achieve maximum value throughout their journey with a leading digital signature platform. You will act as a trusted advisor for assigned accounts, helping clients succeed in their use of the solution while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and expansion potential. Working in a remote-first and highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with internal teams such as Product and Solutions to improve customer experience and drive long-term engagement. The position requires strong relationship-building skills, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric mindset. You will play a key role in monitoring client health metrics, improving retention, and supporting strategic accounts with tailored success plans. Accountabilities


You will manage and strengthen customer relationships across assigned accounts, ensuring successful adoption, engagement, and long-term value realization. You will act as the voice of the customer internally while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different business segments, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

  • Support the full customer lifecycle, proactively identifying risks of churn and opportunities for expansion.

  • Monitor customer health metrics, engagement levels, and satisfaction, proposing corrective actions when needed.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product and Solutions to share customer insights and improve the overall experience.

  • Track, follow up, and document customer requests through official communication channels.

  • Guide clients on best practices to maximize product usage and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Prepare and present performance reports and key account metrics when required.


Requirements


You bring experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in managing corporate or strategic accounts, with strong analytical and communication skills. You are comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable customer strategies.



  • Higher education completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields.

  • Experience in customer service, account management, or Customer Success roles, preferably with corporate clients.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in presentation and analysis tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and Google Sheets.

  • Ability to manage relationships with complex accounts and work proactively across teams.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset focused on outcomes and retention.

  • Experience in SaaS environments and CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
