We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst to manage and maintain critical IT environments with a focus on Windows Server platforms. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and availability of corporate infrastructure, working across versions 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022. You will follow formal Change Management processes, executing controlled changes while adhering to strict validation procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, values continuous learning, and takes ownership of infrastructure operations to support business-critical projects. This role offers exposure to both on-premises and cloud environments, providing opportunities to develop technical expertise while contributing to strategic IT initiatives. Accountabilities:
- Administer, maintain, and evolve Windows Server environments, ensuring security, stability, and availability.
- Act according to formal Change Management procedures, respecting controlled change windows and validation processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to prevent and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement best practices and support strategic IT initiatives.
- Assist with upgrades, patches, and deployments while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure processes, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in corporate infrastructure management, with hands-on exposure to on-premises environments; cloud experience is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, including 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions.
- Familiarity with Change Management procedures and ITIL best practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to maintain high availability and operational reliability.
- Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and take ownership of responsibilities.
