Analista de Sistemas (Desenvolvedor Java)

The role focuses on designing, developing, and evolving backend solutions while contributing to architecture decisions, integration strategies, and engineering excellence. Key responsibilities include:

• Support the technical development and continuous evolution of APIs within the payments ecosystem, including financial services, cards, transactions, processes, and partner integrations.


• Collaborate with architecture teams to make technical decisions related to service design, domain modeling, API contracts, and integration strategies.


• Act as a technical reference within the development team, supporting best practices and knowledge sharing.


• Design and implement integrations with external systems and services.


• Develop and maintain backend applications using modern Java technologies and scalable architectures.


• Contribute to the definition of development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices.


• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues by investigating logs, stack traces, and service interactions.


• Support improvements in system performance, reliability, and maintainability.


• Promote the adoption of AI-powered tools within daily development workflows and encourage their effective use across the team.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong backend development expertise, experience with enterprise Java environments, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges. Required qualifications include:

• Advanced knowledge of Java and strong experience with Spring Boot.


• Advanced experience with JPA/Hibernate and SQL Server or equivalent relational databases, including query optimization, distributed transactions, and conscious use of lazy loading.


• Practical experience with asynchronous messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, including queue modeling, dead-letter handling, retries, and eventual consistency patterns.


• Experience working with multi-module Gradle projects in medium or large-scale environments.


• Strong Git experience in collaborative development workflows, including branching strategies, well-structured pull requests, and clean version history.


• Ability to diagnose and resolve production issues using structured logs, stack trace analysis, and event correlation between services.


• Experience designing and developing APIs and backend integrations.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to software quality.


• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and contribute to technical discussions.


• Proactive use of AI tools in software development lifecycle activities and willingness to promote AI adoption within the team.


• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
