Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for ensuring software quality throughout the development lifecycle by planning, executing, and improving testing processes across different systems and environments.
- Perform quality assurance activities related to system deliveries, validating applications and deployed environments.
- Design, plan, and execute test cases according to business and technical requirements.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Execute regression tests across different user scenarios and application components.
- Identify potential issues, validate corrections, and support continuous improvement of software quality.
- Collaborate with development and technology teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions.
- Apply testing methodologies and contribute to improving quality processes.
- Utilize automation testing tools such as Cypress and/or Playwright when applicable.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has experience in software testing, strong analytical skills, and a structured approach to quality assurance in technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Postgraduate studies in Information Systems or related areas are considered a plus.
- Previous experience working with software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Knowledge of test planning, execution, validation, and defect identification.
- Ability to analyze systems, understand requirements, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with automated testing tools such as Cypress and/or Playwright is desirable.
