Accountabilities:
The role focuses on managing paid media operations, improving campaign performance, supporting team development, and ensuring high-quality delivery for client projects.
- Plan, create, monitor, optimize, and analyze paid traffic campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Track campaign performance indicators, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to strategic improvements.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, including onboarding sessions, access coordination, and results presentations.
- Organize workflows, priorities, and delivery schedules to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Support the development and coordination of a high-performing team by providing technical guidance and operational support.
- Act as a reference point for campaign execution, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Identify challenges proactively and propose solutions to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

- Solid practical experience managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
