This is a senior Java development opportunity for a professional working on medium- to large-scale software projects.
You’ll design, develop, and improve reliable applications using modern Java and Spring technologies.
The role focuses on scalable APIs, microservices, distributed architectures, and high-performance software solutions.
You’ll contribute across the development lifecycle, from implementation and testing to deployment and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Java 8+ and the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices within distributed software architectures.
- Contribute to the development of scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions for medium- to large-scale projects.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, designing and optimizing data access and persistence solutions.
- Use Git and established version-control practices to manage source code and collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Build, package, and automate applications using tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes to support containerized application development and deployment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation practices that improve software delivery efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using tools such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Apply TDD principles and software engineering best practices to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, scalability, and resource utilization.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience developing Java applications, ideally within medium- to large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8+ and the Spring ecosystem, particularly Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- Solid experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- Deep understanding of relational databases and practical experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience using Git and modern source-control workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with build automation tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, particularly JUnit and Mockito, and knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Ability to optimize code and applications for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a technical development team.
