This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista Jurídico (Encerramento de Casos Trabalhistas) - SEM OAB based in Brazil.
This is a remote, full-time opportunity focused on the accurate and efficient closure of labor-related legal cases.
You will review cases, documents, procedural information, and internal records to confirm that all required steps have been completed.
The role combines legal analysis, administrative controls, and close attention to deadlines and pending items.
You will help identify inconsistencies, resolve outstanding issues, and ensure cases are properly classified and finalized.
The position involves collaboration with different teams and regular use of legal and internal systems.

Accountabilities
Review and verify labor-related cases that are ready for closure, ensuring all required stages and actions have been completed.
Check documents, procedural information, system records, and other data required before a case can be finalized.
Identify, investigate, and help resolve pending items, inconsistencies, and discrepancies that may prevent case closure.
Update internal systems with final case information, statuses, classifications, and closure records according to established procedures.
Monitor cases pending closure and follow up with responsible teams to ensure outstanding requirements are addressed.
Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and internal controls with accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with relevant legal and operational teams to regularize pending issues and complete the closure process.
Ensure cases are correctly classified, recorded, and closed in accordance with established criteria and procedures.
Support the identification of recurring inconsistencies and opportunities to improve case-closing processes.
Requirements
Be currently studying Law or hold a Law degree without an active OAB registration; this is mandatory.
Previous experience in legal or administrative routines is required, with experience in litigation—particularly labor litigation—considered desirable.
Experience reviewing and monitoring legal cases, documents, procedural information, deadlines, and pending actions is desirable.
Knowledge of reading legal proceedings, publications, and court notifications.
Familiarity with judicial systems such as PJe, e-SAJ, eProc, or similar platforms.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, including filters, tables, and basic formulas.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to reviewing information.
Analytical and thorough profile, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies.
Proactivity and accountability when identifying and resolving pending issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to manage high volumes of information and demands while maintaining accuracy and quality.
