Appointment Setter for Medspa

MDW is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter for our Medspa to join our vibrant team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience by efficiently managing and scheduling appointments for a wide range of our medical aesthetic services. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, making it essential to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the high standards of care we provide. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our medical professionals to ensure seamless appointment management while helping to drive our client engagement and retention strategies. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries about services offered by the Medspa.
• Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently while maximizing the calendar availability of medical professionals.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and ensure scheduling accuracy.
• Maintain records of client interactions and ensure data is up to date in our management systems.
• Provide information on services, pricing, and promotional offers to potential clients.
• Assist clients in resolving any scheduling conflicts or service-related questions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events that could attract new clients.

• Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role, preferably within the medical or wellness industry.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate scheduling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable using scheduling software and CRM systems; familiarity with Medspa services is a plus.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others and promoting wellness.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related fields is a plus.

What We Offer

• Company: MDW Aesthetics
• Location: Remote (LATAM)
• Compensation: $1,200/month base + performance bonuses
• On-Target Earnings: $1,400–$2,400/month with overtime opportunities
• Schedule: Full-Time, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (may shift slightly, e.g., 10 AM – 7 PM EST)
