Appointmet Setter

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to support a real estate team by conducting high-volume outreach and scheduling appointments with realtors and internal contacts. This role is fast-paced and communication-focused, ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and driven by results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to realtors, prospects, and internal contacts to schedule appointments.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to keep conversations active.
• Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate entry into calendars and CRM systems.
• Maintain call logs, daily outreach numbers, and appointment-setting metrics.
• Conduct basic research on property locations (particularly around the San Diego area).
• Provide consistent and professional communication on behalf of the real estate team.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in appointment setting or outbound calling.
• Excellent spoken English (Spanish is a plus).
• Comfort making a high volume of daily outbound calls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn property locations using maps and local reference tools.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Previous work in real estate, mortgage, or realtor support.
• Familiarity with U.S. housing market terminology and general workflows.
• Familiarity with the San Diego, CA area.

• Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
• Vacation: 10 business days a year
• Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
