Architect (Residential & Multifamily) | Permanent WFH

We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Project Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential and multifamily projects, with at least 5 years of professional experience delivering quality architectural designs and documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of residential and multifamily projects from concept through completion
• Prepare and review construction drawings, documents, and specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success
• Oversee compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

• Licensed Architect
• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings and documentation processes
• Experience with residential and multifamily project types
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work remotely during U.S. business working hours

Work-from-home requirement:

• Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher
• Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space
