This role is a strategic technical leadership position focused on designing and evolving modern, scalable, and secure software architectures across complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in guiding architectural decisions, ensuring high performance, cost efficiency, and robust system integration across distributed applications. The position involves close collaboration with agile development teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to define standards and drive engineering excellence. You will contribute to the adoption of modern architectural patterns such as microservices, cloud-native systems, and CI/CD automation. The environment is highly innovative and collaborative, with strong emphasis on continuous improvement, security, and scalability. Accountabilities:
- Define and evolve software architecture strategies, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
- Guide technical decision-making related to frameworks, system design, integrations, and architectural patterns.
- Lead and support development teams in applying best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
- Ensure proper integration of applications within complex enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Design and support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation initiatives.
- Contribute to observability strategies, including monitoring, logging, and system health management.
- Support security initiatives, including data protection, encryption, and compliance with data regulations.
- Drive modernization efforts, including microservices adoption, cloud architecture, and AI-enabled development practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields (or equivalent experience with postgraduate specialization).
- Extensive experience in software architecture and senior-level software development roles.
- Strong expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
- Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud computing (public and private environments).
- Experience with observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production system support.
- Solid understanding of software security, encryption, and data protection regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong autonomy and decision-making ability.
- Nice to have: exposure to AI integration in software architecture and LLM-based systems.
