What You Will Do

As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your role is to respond quickly online and by phone, build rapport, qualify leads, and guide them toward the next steps in our sales process: a paid consultation with our Consultation Specialists.

You will drive immediate engagement, forge genuine connections, and strategically qualify leads by truly understanding their needs. Leveraging your persuasive skills, you’ll seamlessly guide potential clients toward a booked consultation. 

This isn’t just about answering calls or fielding DMs; it’s about consistently converting interest into action while collaborating closely with our team to ensure a smooth, client-centric journey from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities

• Quickly engage inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email, social) to maximize contact and booking rates.
• Build rapport, uncover needs, and persuasively present the value of a consultation.
• Handle objections professionally and guide prospective clients toward booking and payment.
• Maintain high outreach activity levels and follow up persistently with warm leads until they convert.
• Track all interactions in our CRM with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage scheduling calendars and follow up with leads that require reminders, rescheduling, or additional information.
• Act as the bridge between potential clients and the consultation team, ensuring a smooth handoff.
• Consistently hit and exceed daily/weekly performance goals for consultations booked, response time, and follow-up success.
• Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Consultation Specialists on lead quality and client concerns.
• Uphold empathy and professionalism in every interaction, ensuring every potential client feels heard and valued.

• 1–3 years of proven success in appointment setting, lead qualification, or inside sales.

• Strong persuasive communication skills — able to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding booking or sales quotas.
• Skilled in navigating CRM and messaging platforms; comfortable managing high volumes of leads.
• Organized, disciplined, and resilient — thrives on hitting targets and following structured workflows.
• Growth mindset, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

• Salary commensurate with experience, but above market norms. Pay may increase quickly if you’re a great fit for the firm and do an outstanding job.

• In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy a work-life balance. While the work can be intense, you won’t be asked to work more than 40 hours per week.
• You will also receive all benefits and contributions that employers in your country are required to provide by law to full-time employees.
• The firm may pay for certain additional, non-obligatory benefits, depending on the country you live in. Opportunities for professional development abound — we love providing time and resources for our employees to acquire and develop skills.
• You will receive three weeks of vacation annually. Additionally, all employees, including those based outside the United States, are off work on all U.S. federal holidays (11). You will not be off on non-U.S. holidays, but will be compensated in line with your country’s laws for work done on local holidays.
