Bilingual Front Desk Specialist - IVF

We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate Front Desk Specialist to join one of our clients. As the first point of contact for patients, you will manage scheduling and provide vital administrative support to ensure seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly and professionally greet patients, showing empathy and care at every interaction.
• Oversee patient scheduling, including booking, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
• Accurately maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.
• Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support clinic operations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and strict compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a remote Medical Virtual Assistant (VA).
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in OB/GYN or reproductive health, either remotely or onsite.
• Highly empathetic with a professional demeanor and a patient-first approach.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with medical office software and scheduling systems.
