This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor Funcional Design Store based in Brazil.
You will play a key role in shaping and translating business needs into functional solutions within a modern retail and omnichannel ecosystem. This position focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that store operations and retail processes are accurately reflected in scalable system designs. You will work closely on Oracle Retail Cloud environments, contributing to the definition of functional requirements, process mapping, and solution design. Operating in a fully remote setup, you will engage with cross-functional and multicultural teams in a consulting-oriented environment. The role demands strong analytical thinking, retail domain expertise, and the ability to structure complex operational flows into clear functional specifications. You will also contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance in-store experience and operational efficiency.
Accountabilities:
- Lead functional requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and documentation of retail needs.
- Design and document end-to-end store operational processes within Oracle Retail Cloud environments and related store solutions.
- Translate business requirements into structured functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.
- Support omnichannel retail initiatives by defining functional solutions aligned with modern store and customer experience strategies.
- Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to validate functional approaches and solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of business rules, integrations, and operational flows.
- Validate functional scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria to ensure solution quality and business alignment.
- Contribute to implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement of store-related solutions across retail operations.
Requirements
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Cloud and retail store solutions.
- Strong functional knowledge of retail operations, including sales, store processes, and customer service flows.
- Experience in omnichannel retail projects and functional system integration across enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements in complex business environments.
- Experience producing functional documentation, process flows, and solution design artifacts.
- Strong consulting mindset with ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish, with strong proficiency in Portuguese.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Oracle XStore, OMS, ERP, or e-commerce platforms is considered a strong plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, digital transformation initiatives, and multicultural environments is a plus.
