This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior SEO Consultant based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients within a fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and optimize SEO and GEO initiatives that directly influence business growth and performance. The position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities through data-driven analysis, competitive research, and content optimization strategies. In addition, you will play a key role in client interactions, helping translate complex SEO insights into actionable recommendations. The environment is collaborative, results-oriented, and constantly evolving with the latest trends in search and AI-driven optimization.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and lead comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies focused on driving measurable business results across client portfolios.
- Conduct in-depth SEO analyses, audits, and studies to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.
- Perform competitive benchmarking to uncover insights and optimize content, structure, and technical aspects of client websites.
- Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, engagement, rankings, and conversion performance.
- Define and execute strategic SEO roadmaps aligned with client goals and market opportunities.
- Deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops on SEO and content optimization best practices.
- Participate in internal and external meetings, presenting insights, progress, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay up to date with SEO, GEO, and search evolution trends, including AI-driven search optimization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal SEO processes, methodologies, and frameworks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven professional experience in SEO, ideally in agency or client-facing environments.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Advanced understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and optimization for LLM-based search systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present clearly to clients.
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and critical thinking.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships at an intermediate level.
