This role focuses on turning complex data into actionable intelligence that drives commercial growth and strategic decision-making.
You will develop advanced analytics, executive KPIs, dashboards, and business insights across customers, products, channels, and performance.
The position works closely with commercial, CRM, product, operations, data, and engineering teams in a highly collaborative environment.
You will help identify growth opportunities and build analytical solutions that improve business processes and decision-making.
The role combines hands-on data analysis with strong business understanding and executive communication.
You will translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and compelling data stories for both technical and leadership audiences.
This is a fully remote opportunity within an international, dynamic, and ambitious environment.
Accountabilities:
- Develop strategic analyses and data intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and growth levers within the B2B business.
- Build, monitor, and continuously improve executive KPIs, dashboards, and management views.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, products, channels, and overall business performance.
- Support commercial, CRM, product, and operations teams through data-driven studies, insights, and recommendations.
- Structure analytical models and data products that optimize and automate business decisions and processes.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data and analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to evolve analytical datasets, models, and reporting solutions.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through exploratory and advanced data analysis.
- Contribute to analytical initiatives involving customer segmentation, commercial funnels, experimentation, retention, and business performance.
Requirements:
- Advanced SQL skills and proven experience working with complex datasets.
- Professional experience with BI and data visualization tools, particularly Looker.
- Knowledge of data modeling and statistical analysis.
- Practical experience using Python for data analysis.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data and perform exploratory analyses.
- Strong analytical capabilities, structured thinking, and an investigative mindset.
- Business-oriented approach with a focus on generating measurable value from data.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- Hands-on profile with autonomy, ownership, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Ability to transform analytical findings into practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM, commercial funnels, customer segmentation, and customer analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing, propensity modeling, churn analysis, or other analytical modeling techniques.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across data, engineering, product, commercial, and operations teams.
