This is an opportunity for a mid-level creative and strategic professional to shape high-converting narratives across multiple marketing channels.
You will work across different niches, gaining a deep understanding of audiences, offers, positioning, and competitive landscapes.
The role combines strategic content planning with hands-on copywriting for performance-driven campaigns and sales funnels.
You will create content ranging from paid ads and video scripts to landing pages, newsletters, and email sequences.
Your work will directly contribute to qualified lead generation, audience engagement, and predictable revenue growth.
You will collaborate closely with traffic acquisition and web development teams in a fast-paced growth marketing environment.

Accountabilities
Research each client thoroughly, including their offer, target audience, positioning, tone of voice, competitors, pain points, and objections.
Conduct weekly market, audience, and competitor research to identify relevant insights, trends, references, and creative opportunities.
Develop organic content strategies and editorial calendars focused on attracting, engaging, and qualifying potential leads.
Write high-converting advertising copy, including hooks, video scripts, ad concepts, and supporting copy, while continuously optimizing top-performing creatives.
Create landing pages for lead generation and sales campaigns, including capture pages and video sales letter (VSL) pages, ensuring narrative consistency across campaigns.
Develop strategic newsletters and email marketing sequences aligned with customer journeys and business objectives.
Monitor content and campaign performance metrics on a weekly basis and translate insights into continuous improvements.
Coordinate content-related demands with traffic acquisition and web development teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in copywriting or social media with a strong focus on performance marketing, preferably within agencies, digital products, launches, or growth-focused environments.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant work, including advertisements, video scripts, and at least one landing page; performance results should be included whenever available.
Strong knowledge of direct-response copywriting techniques, including hooks, VSLs, lead-generation and sales pages, email marketing, and conversion-focused messaging.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to research target audiences, identify pain points and objections, and conduct market and competitor benchmarking.
Familiarity with core marketing and paid media metrics such as CTR, CPL, reach, and retention.
Advanced proficiency with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research and copywriting, combined with the ability to refine and humanize AI-generated content so it feels authentic and on-brand.
Native-level Portuguese with the ability to adapt content for European Portuguese, plus intermediate English proficiency for research and reference materials.
Strong communication, organization, creativity, and attention to detail.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and continuously improve content based on performance data.
Nice to have:
Degree or formal training in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or specialized training in direct-response copywriting.
Practical experience with GoHighLevel.
Previous experience working with digital launches, sales funnels, and conversion-focused campaigns.
