Brand Manager
Location: Brazil (preferred: Recife)
Contract Type: PJ (Pessoa Jurídica)
Industry: Online Gaming & Sports Betting

Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute the local brand strategy in line with global brand positioning and business goals.
•Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including digital campaigns, partnerships, events, content, and social media.
•Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and competitor positioning.
•Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, product, and customer support) to align branding across all functions.
•Support and guide local campaigns, sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and creative production.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and report on brand health and awareness levels.
• Build and manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and local content creators.
•Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, ensuring the tone and image of the company are consistently represented in Brazil.

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in gaming, entertainment, tech, or fast-moving consumer industries.
• Proven experience in creating or localizing brand strategies for the Brazilian market.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian consumer and media landscape.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong aesthetic and storytelling sensibility.
• Fluent in Portuguese; English communication skills are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with autonomy and flexibility.
