This role is designed for a senior frontend engineer who thrives in international, high-performance environments and enjoys building scalable, modern web applications.
You will work on global software projects, collaborating daily with multicultural teams and contributing to solutions used across different markets.
The position requires strong ownership, autonomy, and a consistent focus on high-quality engineering delivery.
You will be responsible for developing robust frontend architectures using modern JavaScript ecosystems and React-based solutions.
A key part of the role involves ensuring maintainable, accessible, and well-tested code across distributed frontend systems.
You will also leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted technologies, to improve productivity and delivery speed.
This is a highly collaborative yet independent role where communication and technical excellence are equally important.
Accountabilities:
- Develop scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript and TypeScript, ensuring performance, maintainability, and adherence to best engineering practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
- Build and maintain React-based applications, including component architecture, Hooks, lifecycle management, and integration with external dependencies.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, including Micro Frontends (Module Federation), Web Components, and distributed system design.
- Ensure code quality through testing strategies, code reviews, documentation, and adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and international teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript in production environments, with deep understanding of modern frontend development practices.
- Advanced proficiency in React, including Hooks, component lifecycle, state management, and integration patterns.
- Experience with Node.js for tooling, build systems, scripting, or lightweight backend services.
- Solid knowledge of Web Components, including Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML Templates.
- Experience with Micro Frontend architectures, including Module Federation, independent deployment strategies, and inter-app communication.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, including code generation, prompt engineering, AI agents, and productivity-enhancing workflows.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing accessible frontend solutions.
- Experience with Storybook for UI documentation, component testing, and visual development workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and distributed teams (advanced English required).
- Nice to have: experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS or Azure), automated testing, and large-scale enterprise systems.
