This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor Full Stack Pleno based in Brazil.
This is a hands-on full stack engineering role focused on building and evolving a modern internal developer portal that supports enterprise-scale operations. The professional will contribute across the entire software lifecycle, from backend services to frontend experiences, ensuring high performance, scalability, and usability. The environment is highly technical and collaborative, with strong emphasis on cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate systems, improve platform capabilities, and deliver continuous enhancements. The role requires someone comfortable navigating both backend complexity and frontend customization. It is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving integration challenges and building robust, scalable digital products.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and customize an internal developer portal using SaaS platform APIs and webhooks, ensuring seamless integration and extensibility.
- Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, including asynchronous processing where needed.
- Implement frontend improvements using JavaScript and jQuery, contributing to usability and interface performance enhancements.
- Deploy and operate cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
- Monitor application performance, reliability, security, and scalability, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews, promoting best practices and engineering excellence.
Requirements:
- Solid experience developing Full Stack applications using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and JavaScript/jQuery, plus SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, and Redis.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming (asyncio, aiohttp), event-driven architectures, and messaging systems like Kafka or EventHub.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal.io (nice to have).
- Experience integrating and customizing SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, or SDKs, ideally including developer portal solutions.
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in agile, collaborative environments.
