This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Desenvolvedor(a) Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Integrações & IA) based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-grade solutions combining Microsoft Dynamics 365, cloud technologies, system integrations, and artificial intelligence.
You will design, develop, customize, and evolve solutions across Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft ecosystem.
The role has a strong integration focus, connecting business platforms with ITSM tools and corporate systems.
You will also contribute to intelligent automation using technologies such as Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and AI Builder.
The position involves close collaboration with business, architecture, AMS, and operations teams.
You will help transform service management and customer-facing processes through scalable digital solutions.
This is a fully remote, hands-on role requiring dedicated availability and strong technical ownership.
Accountabilities
- Develop, customize, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across modules such as Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, and/or Customer Insights.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and ITSM platforms, including ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Freshservice, or ManageEngine.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and Web Services, ensuring reliable communication between enterprise applications.
- Build plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to automate business processes and extend Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Contribute to integration architecture decisions and the evolution of connections between corporate systems.
- Develop and integrate generative AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Services, and AI Builder.
- Build virtual assistants and intelligent automations that improve service management and operational efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with business, architecture, AMS, and operations teams to identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience developing and delivering solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong development skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services and familiarity with cloud-based solution architecture.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 or corporate systems with at least one ITSM platform, such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, Ivanti, Freshservice, or ManageEngine.
- Knowledge and practical experience with generative AI solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI Services, and AI Builder.
- Experience building virtual assistants, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered automations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Availability for 100% dedicated engagement, with no parallel professional activities during the assignment and the possibility of being requested to participate in virtual sessions during working hours.
