The role I’m hiring for will get to work directly with millionaires, successful founders and business owners on a daily basis, serving as their strategic SEO partner to scale 7 figure+ operations through deep, revenue-driving optimization strategies.

Now we're looking for a Director of SEO to lead our growth and work directly with the CEO.

A Leadership Opportunity

You'll be building teams, and driving strategic decisions that shape our company's future. You’ll focus on high level strategy like backlink building, new strategies, and tools, while delegating out lower level work.

What You'll Own As Director

Strategic Leadership

• Lead SEO strategy across high-value local service and ecommerce clients
• Own department KPIs of our business and our clients
• Build and manage a team of SEO specialists and account managers
• Drive business development and upsell opportunities with existing clients
  

Advanced SEO Execution

• Master local/ecom SEO for multi-location businesses (essential requirement)
• Design collection page optimization strategies for large ecommerce catalogs
• Lead technical SEO audits and implement advanced link building campaigns
• Oversee content strategy while delegating execution (page builds, blog writing)
• Drive SEO tool selection and advanced strategy implementation
  

Business Operations

• Train and develop team members on advanced SEO strategies
• Create SOPs and systems for scalable service delivery
• Collaborate with founder on company growth and expansion plans
• Represent the company on high-stakes client calls and presentations
  

What You Bring

Leadership Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• 5+ years leading SEO teams
• Proven track record managing 5+ team members
• Experience presenting to C-suite executives and business owners
• Portfolio showing revenue impact from teams you've led
  

Advanced SEO Mastery

• Deep local SEO expertise with multi-location businesses
• Proven success scaling ecommerce sites
• Advanced knowledge of collection page optimization and site architecture
• Expertise with enterprise SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
  

Strategic Business Thinking

• Track record of identifying growth opportunities beyond basic SEO
• Experience with profit/loss responsibility and business metrics
• Ability to think like an owner, not just an employee
• Proactive problem-solving and system-building mindset

Based in: Latin America, South Africa, Eastern Europe
Professional Standards: Clean video setup for client presentations
Communication: Native-level English proficiency
Hours: Available for EST business hours
