This role is designed for a senior data professional who will help build and evolve modern data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
You will work on the development of scalable data pipelines, integrations, and analytical models that transform raw information into business value.
The position requires strong technical expertise combined with a collaborative mindset to support data-driven decision-making.
You will contribute to improving data quality, governance, performance, and accessibility across complex environments.

Accountabilities:
The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data engineering solutions that enable efficient data processing and analytics. The role involves building robust architectures, ensuring data reliability, and supporting business needs through scalable and well-governed data platforms.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including pipelines, integrations, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and analytical models.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple sources and improve data availability.
- Build and maintain data pipelines focused on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Apply data modeling techniques and engineering best practices to support analytical and operational requirements.
- Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance across data environments.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in data engineering, cloud environments, and modern data platforms. This professional should combine technical depth with communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively in project-based environments.
- Solid experience in Data Engineering and development of data pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and/or Notebooks.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience using Python for data processing and automation.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and integration of different data sources.
- Experience working with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of data governance, performance optimization, and scalable data architecture practices.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and proactive approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in dynamic environments.
