This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in Brazil.


This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving enterprise growth across Latin America, targeting large organizations with complex collaboration and communication needs. You will be responsible for expanding strategic relationships with both new and existing clients, positioning a leading cloud-based collaboration platform that transforms how global teams connect and work. Operating in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment, you will engage directly with senior stakeholders and C-level executives to shape digital transformation journeys. The role requires a strong mix of strategic selling, solution positioning, and consultative engagement across long and complex sales cycles. You will collaborate closely with internal technical and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise adoption at scale while contributing to the growth of a globally recognized technology ecosystem.










Accountabilities:



  • Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts across the assigned LATAM territory

  • Drive growth in existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strengthening long-term client relationships

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline

  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to senior stakeholders

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers

  • Manage full sales cycles, including qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing complex deals

  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM updates to support sales strategy execution


Requirements:



  • 8+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably within enterprise or SaaS environments

  • Proven track record in selling UCaaS, CCaaS, or customer experience (CX) solutions

  • Strong experience managing both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing enterprise accounts

  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations (5,000+ employees)

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders

  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools such as AI-driven analytics, campaigns, and BI tools

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities

  • High level of autonomy, resilience, and performance orientation in fast-paced environments
